How do I log in to Maestro? +
Use your existing BHHS Carolinas email and password at the Maestro login page. You'll also need your NRDS number for your initial login. If this is your first time in, you'll be prompted to set a new password on your first sign-in.
I forgot my password — what do I do? +
Select "Forgot password" on the login screen and follow the reset link sent to your email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out.
Is there a mobile app? +
Yes — Maestro is available on iOS and Android. Search for "Rechat" in the App Store or Google Play, then log in with the same credentials you use on desktop.
Where can I find past Maestro Mondays sessions? +
Recordings are posted alongside the on-demand trainings above within 24 hours of each session.
